Annual Meeting

Information
The DC Power Group meeting will be held at the Hilton Oak Brook Resort and Conference Center in Chicago, IL. The resort and conference center is surrounded by a serene 150-acre estate that includes the Audubon-certified 18-hole Willow Crest Golf Club, just 25 minutes from Chicago O’Hare International Airport.

We have a lakefront outdoor pool, tennis, basketball, and volleyball courts, a spa, two golf simulators, and two restaurants. Located right on the world-famous River Walk, each sophisticated guest room includes access to the spa’s dry cedar sauna, eucalyptus-infused steam room and whirlpool.

    • Evening: Cocktail welcome reception (registered vendors welcome)
  • Thursday
    • 8:15 – 10:00 Members & Vendor Executives roundtable
    • 10:15 – 12:00 Members and all Vendors roundtable
    • 1:00 – 3:00 Vendor presentations (Focused on new Vendors or Vendors with new products)
    • 3:15 – 4:00 Members only wrap up meeting
    • 5:30 – 6:30 Cocktail reception (registered vendors welcome)
    • 6:30 – Dinner (registered vendors welcome)
